  2. Hi…Iam GM.. Iam in Management role in my company and i have been shortlisted for female sponsorship program..I need you support in filling the online questions for which i seek your guidance (esp. Question 2 & 3)

    1. Leadership values are Trust, Accountability, Transparency and Empowerment. Describe at least one situation when you demonstrated one or more of these values, to help you to overcome an obstacle or meet a challenge. The situations can be examples from work or personal life.

2.. Why should you be selected from among the other candidates?

    3.
. List 3 words that describe your ideal sponsorship relationship.

  3. love your channel ! I'm working remotely with my team. Any suggestions for  a poncho like  exercise over Webex teams ?

  5. Love this exercise, Adriana! i have done where participants write letters to each other with positive words before. The outcome was amazing. This activity you shared is something I will give it a go! Thanks!

  6. Yes, that was really the easiest way of motivating the people and connecting the team…Yes I tried this in many times in my workshop, as you said it was really cheerful to watch…the real smile of others…they feel great at each other…

  7. Thanks for the video! I'm going to try it next week with a group of people in Washington DC. I'm also looking for ideas on how to build relationships with teens from other cultures. We place foreign exchange students from around the world, and there isn't much on line for this. Any suggestions?

  8. Hi Adriana, what a creative, fun exercise! Very powerful for team meetings. I also facilitate team meetings for organizations and use a similar exercise. Instead of ponchos, I use stick notes. The feeling people get when they read the positive things others have to say about them is so freeing! Thank you for sharing. Will be checking out more of your videos! And subbing! BTW, I love your smile and energy!

  9. I’m hosting a 4-day workshop that starts next Monday and I’ve added the poncho exercise to my list of activities. I can’t wait!!

  10. Great exercise and will be doing it with my diverse team of Batswana, Indians and Isrealis here in Gaborone…

  11. Hey I really love this concept of telling people in a team why you appreciate them, I work in Scotland and it's quite different here where we aren't really into telling people how we feel and more reserved (I also work in engineering which is even more difficult to get people to talk about their feelings), is there a more subtle way of doing your poncho flipchart?

  12. I have a men breakfast this weekend Jan. 2020.  I was looking for a team building/bonding exercise. I found it! Your exercise is perfect! Thanks

  13. Absolutely amazing! We had a big team meeting where we were suppose to submit team building ideas in advance and perform on the day. I submitted this one and it really helped me stand out amongst my team. People love it and dare I say it almost created like a warm glow in the room and I think it made the following activities go a lot more smoothly than the previous one. Thank you Adriana! I wish you all the best on YouTube!
